Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mohamedain Suez Canal University president  and Dr. Mahmoud Abdul Mohsen Vice President for Education and from Egyptian Turkish cultural exchange protocol General Administration of Youth Welfare at canal University and under the supervision of Prof. Mustafa Mahgoub Director General of Youth Welfare preparing to activate this protocol with double axes, the first under the name of (Heritage velarium), which aims to share knowledge and experiences and to identify the cultural and social values ​​inherited in Egypt and Turkey through offers progressive and public seminars, while comes second axis under the name of Egyptian Turkish friendship Week and was proposed work conference on youth employment in both countries, and the establishment of seminars about finding new methods for the development of linkages between cultural   and intellectual youth of the two countries, and permeates the program implementation trips to tourist attractions in Egypt.
